Art Therapy

Art Therapy is a creative method of expression used as a therapeutic technique.  Its tenets involve humanism,
creativity, reconciling emotional conflicts, fostering self-awareness, and personal growth.
This course is aimed at introducing people who are experiencing barriers to further study and/or employment
to gain personal confidence through an art based therapeutic process via Art Journaling.
Art journaling combines the written language and visual language to give a greater breadth of expression and understanding.
