The Community House is available to hire for pre-school birthday parties, meetings for not-for-profit organisations and training for commercial organisations (conditions apply).

The Studio

A large room, separate from the main building, suitable for pre-school birthday parties, with hirers having access to a kitchen area, 2 toilets, indoor and outdoor play areas and equipment, adults tables and chairs and children’s tables and chairs.
We only charge for the time your party is on (ie not for setting up and cleaning up) and casual hall hirers’ public liability insurance can be arranged for a small fee.
The Studio is also suitable for meetings where a large number of people need to be accommodated (seats approximately 80 people without tables).

The Banks Room

A medium sized room suitable for meetings and training with tables and chairs, whiteboard and kitchenette. Seats approximately 60 people without tables (approximately 48 people with tables).
Access to an overhead and/or data projector and screen can be arranged for a small fee.

The Lounge

A smaller sized room suitable for meetings and training with tables and chairs, whiteboard and kitchen area. Seats up to 24 people around tables.
Access to an overhead and/or data projector and screen can be arranged for a small fee.

The Computer Lab



A fully equipped computer room with 12 students’ computers and 1 tutors’ computer and includes a data projector, whiteboard and kitchenette. All computers are networked and have access to the Internet.
